By booking and paying for a Workshop confirms your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
Booking, Payment and Discounts
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking. You can pay using debit and credit cards, PayPal, with TirGlas Vouchers and with our Klarna instalment plan. You will receive an email confirming the Workshop dates and the amount paid.
- We do not accept any discount codes on course fees.
Cancellations and Refunds Policy
We will refund you in full if the Government/Local Authority requires us to cancel/postpone a workshop for whatever reason.
Cancelations by You
If you to cancel your booking:
- Within 14 days of the original booking, we will refund the full course fee.
- Less than two weeks before the course, no refund is available.
- A 'No-show' on the day with no notice is not refundable.
- More than two weeks but less than eight weeks before the course, if we are able to resell your place, we offer refund of the course fee less an administrative fee of £25.
- Over eight weeks before the course, we will refund in full.
We maintain a ‘waiting list’ for all courses and will aim to replace any cancellation with another student.
Cancelations by Us
We do not cancel workshops for any reason except entirely unavoidable events such as if the Workshop Tutor is physically unable to teach the course through sickness or injury or extreme weather conditions. Should we have to cancel a course, students will be offered an alternative course date or a full refund. If a course is cancelled by us, we regret that we will not accept responsibility for travel, accommodation or any other related expenses.
Other Issues
Health and Safety and Insurance
The first part of any Workshops will familiarise you with our with health and safety rules. We are fully insured for £5m of Public Liability insurance and the certificate is available for inspection at all times.
Photography
We may take photographs of students and their work for the purposes of marketing. We will request permission at the time to allow us to use any images for marketing purposes.
Reviews and Complaints
You will be asked to provide a Review of the Workshop by email. Feedback is important to us, whether it is positive or not. If you are unhappy with any aspects of the course, please bring it to the attention of the Tutor at the time. We will try to resolve any issues whilst the workshop is progressing.
