No, we don’t. We have a Dye Studio where we offer Craft Courses and Workshops. Other than these Workshops, visits can be arranged by appointment only. 

We do not sell wholesale presently. All of our products are made in limited numbers and many are hand made. None are mass produced.

The best way to contact us is by email. Every page on the website has a link to our Contact Us Form. We aim to respond within 48 hours on 'Business Days'.

During the Checkout process and before payment, there is an option to input your discount code. After input and assuming the code is valid, the price will reflect the discounted price.

  • All parcels are sent with either Parcelforce or DPD couriers.
  • All parcels are sent on a 'tracked and signed for' basis.
  • As part of the order completion process, you will be sent a tracking link so that you can monitor the progress of your parcel to you.

We can do next day delivery on some occasions at an extra charge. Please contact us by email for a quote.

Yes. During the Cart/Checkout process, you can add a gift message that we will pass on to the recipient of the parcel. You can send a parcel directly to the recipient by providing us with their shipping address. We will include a Packing Slip and not an invoice.

We offer payments with most credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. We also offer PayPal and Klarna payments by instalments.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Yes you can.

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred (for example dry cleaning) by us to restore a Return to a saleable state.
  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your purchase. Please use a trackable shipping service with the product insured to its full value. Full Returns and Refunds Policy
