Shipping UK Orders
- Orders over £50 - FREE UK Shipping
- Orders under £50 - £2.99
- Our main courier is Royal Mail and we use the Express48 service.
- Typical timescales from order date to delivery date are 5 to 7 business days, including our order processing.
- All parcels are trackable and insured for a maximum of £75.
- All shipping options are displayed BEFORE the final Checkout Page.
Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
This courier service is guaranteed for next day delivery by 1.00pm. It is available at our discretion at a cost of approx £10 - £15. Please email us if you wish to use this service.
International Shipping
USA Shipping Update
All our orders to the USA will now ship inclusive of all tariffs, known as Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). Customs duties of 10% will be included within Shipping Charges, so USA based customers will see the total costs in the Checkout before purchase.

Duties, Taxes and Refused Deliveries
For all international orders, import duties, local taxes, and customs fees are the full responsibility of the recipient. These are not always included at checkout and may be charged by your local customs office upon arrival.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping addresses are correct. In the case of refused delivery on an order, the customer is entitled to a refund for cost of goods less our cost of shipping to the customer and any return shipping or customs charges incurred.
