Is it possible to get an extended return policy on holiday or Christmas gifts?
We do offer return period extensions during the Christmas period. Our normal product return policy for a product exchange or refund is 14 days after the order.
For the Christmas period, for any orders from 21st November, the return policy is extended to 9th January - that should give plenty of time to make sure the blankets are the right colour or the Redesigned Bag is the right bag, or whatever!!
Our normal Return policy applies apart from the extended return date.
How can I extend the return period for online purchases in the UK at other times of the year?
Simples.... just ask. Contact us by email if the 14 day period doesn't work for you and we can see what can be done - generally we are flexible on this issue.
