A lovely company to deal with, with exceptional customer service from Morgana. I purchased a Re-Designed Project bag which I returned fairly late for another colour to which they agreed without hesitation. I then returned the bag by mistake to their new premises which I learnt doesn’t open till Aug 26, but luckily they located it and a new one sent out, well packaged and very speedily. I will certainly be using this Company again due to their friendliness and fantastic service. They certainly went above and beyond.May, ZS said, Brilliant workshop, learned loads and it was an enjoyable, relaxed course - it was great chatting to the others on the course about natural dyes and other stuff!!
