European Union (EU) Shipping
Under EU regulations, we are able to fulfil orders to the EU on the following basis;
- Product Price
Only certain items with a sale price of over £150 are eligible to ship to the EU. - Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP)
PDDP is a service whereby customs duties and handling fees are handled by Royal Mail and the EU country customs authorities so that the customer does not incur any additional cost at the doorstep. Instead, VAT and duties are calculated and collected at the point of sale and paid to the relevant EU country tax authorities by Royal Mail.
Products

EU Countries
The PDDP service with Royal Mail is available in the following countries;
Austria, Cyprus, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.
The shipping cost and any applicable import VAT or customs charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. For orders using the PDDP service, import clearance and applicable import charges are arranged as part of the delivery service. You should not normally have to pay additional VAT or customs duty when the parcel is delivered. For information, the shipping cost for one blanket is £12 and Customs Fees are £37.
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Customs or carrier delays may occasionally extend this estimate.
