Carbon Commitment

UK Orders
- Orders over £50: FREE shipping,
- Orders under £50: £3.99.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Shipping: Main courier is Royal Mail with Tracked 24/48hour service
- Delivery: Direct to your doorstep
Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
This courier service is guaranteed for next day delivery by 1.00pm. It is available at our discretion at a cost of approx £10 - £15. Please email us if you wish to use this service.
International Orders
We Ship to the Following Countries
- Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland (all products)
- EU - to 15 countries (see below) and only Welsh Blankets
Shipping delivery times and costs depend on the destination country, delivery address, product and carrier service selected.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may be affected by carrier, customs or other operational delays.
European Union orders
We currently ship to the following EU countries: Only Products for Sale in the EU are Welsh Blankets over £150 (net of vat)
Austria, Cyprus, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.
EU orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked or an equivalent service. We use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service for these destinations.
The shipping cost and any applicable import VAT or customs charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. For orders sent using the DDP service, import clearance and applicable import charges are arranged as part of the delivery service, so you should not normally have to pay additional import VAT or customs duty when the parcel is delivered. For one blanket, shipping is £15 and Customs Fees are £37.
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Customs or carrier delays may occasionally extend this estimate.
Our EU product range is limited to the products available through our EU market catalogue. All EU available products are made in the UK with UK materials.
Other international orders
Other than the USA and the listed EU countries, orders are normally sent DAP (Delivered At Place) unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Under DAP, the recipient may be responsible for import VAT, customs duty, brokerage charges and other fees charged by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not included in the product price unless expressly stated at checkout.
Please check your local import requirements before ordering. If your country is not listed, contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm whether delivery is available and provide a shipping quote.

Returns and EU consumer rights
If you are an EU consumer, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase, subject to the legal exceptions explained in our returns policy. The withdrawal period normally starts when the final item in your order is delivered.
EU consumers also have mandatory legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described or do not conform to the contract. These rights are not affected by anything in this shipping policy.
