Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The direct cost of returning the goods is to be borne by you.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
