From 12th September 2026, we are now exporting our Welsh Blankets to the European Union (EU) with the Royal Mail Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) arrangements.
The Welsh blankets are priced in the checkout net of UK VAT. With the PDDP arrangements, Shipping charges (£15 for one blanket), EU Customs and handling fees (£37 for one blanket) are payable at the time of purchase. Royal Mail pass all EU Customs and handling fees collected to the local EU country authorities. As a EU consumer, you should not have to pay another further import duties on receipt of your purchases.
EU Countries. Currently we are only able to ship to 15 EU countries with Royal Mail PDDP.
Austria, Cyprus, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.
As and when more countries are available with Royal Mail scheme, we will add them.
