Wool is at the heart of our business from our signature Welsh blankets and hand dyed yarn dyed only with natural dyes to our wool scarves, sheepskin rugs and hand made yarn bowls. The name "TirGlas" itself translates from Welsh to "Green Land," reflecting the brand's core ethos of environmental consciousness and a sustainable, circular economy. This is our journey and voyage of discovery in traditional Heritage crafts, which includes weaving, wool – the journey of the fleece, yarn and the diverse use of natural dyes.

  Flame resistant - Wool has a naturally very high ignition temperature between 570-600° other fibres ignite between 200-300°.
