This was a requested review. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the bag. It was ordered on on the 29 March, posted out on the 2 April and is supposedly due to be delivered on the 8th April - this is Tracked 48 by Royal Mail. I’m sure the bag will be great when it arrives but this sort of delivery time is way too long.
After receiving a reply from Tirglas - I’m sorry that you think my 1 star is a little harsh. However, I’m afraid I cannot in all seriousness give 3 stars to a product that I haven’t received. Also, I’m aware that there were bank holidays involved -but, there were 3 working days before the item was taken to the post office. I appreciate that you have no control over Royal Mail once the item is passed over to them and therefore no offence should be taken on their account.
Thank you for your review which I must say is a bit harsh. Our delivery reord is very good as evidenced by the reviews on this website. Yes, the time taken by Royal Mail is longer than we we expect for some unknown reason. However, between ordering and delivery was a weekend and two Easter Bank holidays all of which were non-delivery days for post. Taking that into account, I think a 3 star review would have been more reasonable.
